The Biological Aging Process is Not Fixed

Biological Age considerations

Although the chronological age that a person has is fixed the biological age that the person has is not. The chronological aging process can be different for all people. This deals with various different parts of a person’s life ranging from one’s heart condition to the habits and general age-related attitudes that a person can fall into.

Biological aging process. A major part of the biological aging process deals with the condition of one’s heart. The heart is important because of how it regulates the production and flow of blood in the body and when one’s heart is weaker that person’s biological age can be higher than the person’s calendar age. A major test that is used is the coronary calcium test. The level of calcium in the heart is measured in this test. When the level of calcium, which can build up in the heart over time, is higher the person can be at a greater risk of having a heart attack. This is something that will cause a person to feel older than what one’s biological age really is.

Biologically younger with just thoughts. The changes in one’s cognitive thoughts are important to watch for. Cognitive changes in the brain generally occur later in one’s life but in many cases they can occur in earlier times. This can cause a person to feel older than what the person’s calendar age is because a lack of cognitive thought can impact a person’s ability to think properly and to use general proper processes for certain types of behaviors.

Factors incleasing biological age. Another way of how biological aging can be different for some people is that when a person uses certain substances that person’s biological age can increase at a rate that is faster than that of how one’s chronological age changes. Among the substances that can be used to increase one’s biological age include tobacco, alcohol and some excessive amounts of caffeine. People who avoid these materials, on the other hand, will not age as quickly as some other people can. Some people can even experience a slower aging process when these are avoided.

Biological age attitude. Finally there are the attitudes that people have towards certain types of ages. The chronological aging process can involve falling into various different age levels including the middle age and senior levels. When a person lives one’s life according to these levels it can be easier for that person to fall into certain habits that are expected out of people in these levels. This can cause a person to age at a much faster rate. By avoiding these labels it can be easier to age at a more appropriate level in terms of what the person’s real biological age is.

Biological age is not fixed. The biological aging process is important to watch for in one’s life because the process is not fixed. This is because the changes in one’s biological age can impact the chronological aging that the person goes through in life. The process of aging can make a person age faster or slower than how a person ages chronologically.

Is recommended by health professionals that one's biological age is monitored regularly to help stay in young and to avoid serious health conditions. The recommended tool is Biological Age Test.
