Health Reviser: Fitness Test
I have an issue with the Fitness Test. Today is the first time I tried it, it's very easy to do which I did not expect... But the very first time I did fitness test it showed me "Low" level, then I took the Stress Sweeper session and did again Fitness test and I got my fitness level at "Normal". How can that be? Does my Fitness level depends on my stress level?

Re: Health reviser: Fitness Test
Hi Loyalty,
Yes, fitness level sometimes depends on your stress level. It's not yet proven to be a valid statement for every single individual, but for many people it's true. That's why some sportsmen meditate before cup competitions.
And just a reminder, do not consider fitness level as something static that is not changing throughout the day or night. Fitness level is like a fitness power/charge that people have in a particular moment. Of course, well-trained athletes will have much larger fitness capacity and therefore much higher fitness level. And other people's fitness power can get only up to the certain maximum level. Use Fitness test regularly, and your maximum record would be your fitness capacity.
