this is normal. Biological age can vary during the dat and from one day to another. Your organism is "younger" in the morning and it shows a capacity of your body. I.e. you can get easily younger by 0.5 years by balancing your day, having more rest etc. Once your bedtime biological age measurement matches your current morningvalue, your new morning's biological age most probably will keep being less than bedtime value... However, we recommend that you take your evening session of biological age test at least 2 hours before the bedtime since it's quite an extensive breathing which puts body into active state.
